About 47° North Development

47 North Development LLC was founded in 2017 by Dale and David Rainey, two brothers and business partners with a combined 45 years of experience in the real estate industry. Based out Coeur d’ Alene, ID, we specialize in the acquisition and development of real estate assets in the residential and commercial market, as well as being a sponsor, pooling investment from accredited investors.

Our mission is to identify and invest in undervalued real estate assets with potential for significant upside, while providing a superior return on investment to our investors. Our core principle is the conservative allocation of capital and acting as a fiduciary for our investors. We are entrusted with the preservation and growth of our investor’s capital and we invest alongside our limited partners on every project.
