Set up an account via our secure investor portal. Review our current investment offerings and offering documents. Enter your commitment amount, digitally sign and fund your investment through the portal or follow the instructions for alternative funding instructions.

You can log in anytime to check the investment metrics of your investments, see accrued interest, distributions, principal payments and development progress reports in the investor portal.

Fourth
Enjoy partner distribution payments when the project phases are built out and sold. Upon completion, a full return of capital, accrued preferred interest and profit will be distributed. This typically occurs after the specified holding period and full liquidation of the project assets.
About Us
47 North Development LLC. is a land development, entitlement and value add focused real estate investment group that targets land and real property acquisitions with significant upside potential in the the Pacific Northwest. We started the company in 2017 as a self funded partnership under the name Latitude 47 LLC. to invest in distressed single family assets.
The company grew organically over the next three years and through strategic partnerships with our investors we now have under current management a gross value of 13M in assets. We offer investors conservative underwriting and investment structures with little or no senior debt, which makes us an attractive alternative to highly leveraged funds.
