Dale Rainey

Dale holds a degree in civil engineer- ing from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and is a licensed real estate broker in California, Idaho, and Arizona. Dale is the founder of Rainey Design Group, a design firm that provides land planning and architectural services for developers and contractors in Idaho and Washington.

In addition to his real estate and design work, he has founded several businesses including City Thrift, a thrift store whose net proceeds benefit the Wishing Star Foundation, and Vivo, a clothing and accessories store with seven locations in Washington and Idaho. Dale has also been a certified SBA business coach at Idaho Small Business Development Center and has taught classes on financial statements, operations, and marketing.

Glen has 40+ years of experience in the design and management of many different projects including planning and urban design, single and multi-family residential, retail, office, and community facilities such as churches and schools.

ARTIOS has been a development partner and the lead planner and architect for Hayden Canyon, a 610 acre Traditional Neighborhood Development underway in Hayden, Idaho, and also for Old Mill Landing, a 170 acre TND currently being planned which contains a historic Diamond Lumber Mill on the Pend Oreille River in Old Town, Idaho.

David Rainey

David holds a degree in Aeronautical Science from Utah Valley University, real estate courses from Cornell University, and has been engaged for 20 years as an investor and licensed real estate agent in California.

David has raised and funded over 10M in real estate projects over the past 8 years as a managing partner of 47 North Development. David is passionate about aviation. He holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate and has type ratings in 6 business jets.

He brings a defensive approach to underwriting and an eye for selecting investments that provide stable and safe returns for our clients throughout various market cycles.
