Raintree Estates

Completed 2023. Raintree Estates is a 5 acre residential subdivision in Hayden, Idaho. The raw land was acquired in two parcels with different zoning. 47 North Development LLC, acquired the parcels, rezoned the property and performed a lot line adjustment to make the property developable. We subsequently handled all city approvals, horizontal development and sales in under 36 months.
